Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We assure you that all the products sold on NYOM are genuine and adhere the policies decided by the company. Our team are in continuous process of quality checking and assurance. The artisans associated with us are strictly following the norms of NYOM.
We will be able to accept cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. But we cannot cancel orders once the consignment is out of our warehouse for delivery. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users’ credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within standard operating lead times.
We understand returns are inevitable while shopping online...! So, in the event if the product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, then
- Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service number +91 9545003898 and we will arrange for pickup if the order is from within India.
- While writing on above email id, please don’t forget to add the 2-3 snap shots of damaged goods.
- If you wish to return the product/goods then please do intimate us within 24hrs, on receipt of the product for a hassle-free return process. Transportation cost to return the product will be borne by us.
- Once we receive the product, we will process your return and credit amount to your account. For international order returns please send us back the parcel and we will refund you the shipping charges and process your refund.
- Please ensure product is unused and under original condition.
To return a product
- Send an email to email@example.com or call our helpline number +91 9545003898 with your order number.
- Following to your correspondence, you will receive a mailing address where you will need to ship the product along with the return ID that will be mentioned in the mail.
- Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well and wait for our courier guy to pick the product.
- In case we can't arrange for a pick up, you can ship it back to us. We will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt as per our policy.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number
- On receipt of products/s, it will be checked by our team and after verification your amount will be credited to the same account from which payment was made.
Exceptions to return policy
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
- Return request is made after the specified time frame (within 24hrs from the receipt of products/goods, including Sundays and public holidays).
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage/s.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and other necessary details.
- Made-to-order products.
All returns which are not valid as per NYOM policy, are liable for rejection/denial and will be sent back to the customer. We will keep you updated on the status of your return product at each step. When we validate your return, we will send you a return authorization e-mail. At the closure of your refund, we will send you a closure mail. Customer needs to confirm the receipt of amount, in case if customer does not confirm the same within one days it will be assumed that amount is successfully credited. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 8-10 working days
Orders outside India
For the Orders placed outside India, each return or exchange request will be attended on case-to-case basis. In case of any issue the customer is requested to contact us on email@example.com and we will offer the most appropriate solution.
All legal matters will be only under Pune Jurisdiction.
